Hi Kids,
Attached are photos of my drawing papers. These are my suggestions, not rules, and those of you who prefer other materials are welcome to bring them.
I suggest Canson Colorline Drawing Paper, available online at Blick. I use the 300g Light Grey. Cream us also nice.
I cut the sheets into quarters since they come only in a 25 x 19" format.
I store them in a stiff folder which I use for support when Drawing.
You can also find toned paper sketchbooks or journals, see photos. These are custom made, but online or in good art supply stores you can find nice ones.

Hi My Posse,
My suggested painting materials for outdoors is KEEP IT SIMPLE!
This photo shows the small portable palette I use for squeezing out my colors and storing the few simple paint tube's of W&N watercolors I bring; paynes grey, burnt sienna, and Chinese white.
Additionally I recommend small white ceramic dishes for mixing colors, as well as a squirt bottle for water and a set of travel brushes.
Over an initial pencil drawing thin layers of wash are applied. The Chinese white can add highlights as well.
If you desire, you can use more colors, I would suggest a Winsor Red, Winsor Yellow, Hookers Green and Winsor Blue Red Shade if you want to expand your palette.
As you can see, my set-up is simple and portable, all materials can be easily stored in a saddlebag. This allows for greater mobility.

Hi Gang,
My suggested drawing materials are attached to this email. They include a leather case (optional!) to organize my mechanical pencils, 2mm leads, a straight edge or triangle, kneaded eraser, micron markers (if you like employing inklines),
and a #4 round watercolor brush.
I start with a pencil drawing, and add simple washes if desired. But I do love pure pencil drawing, see photos.
It is good to have a case of some sort to organize all these things!
