First take a look at the expiration date on your passport
Your U.S. passport needs an expiration date at least 6 months after the last day of our stay.  If your passport doesn't have the required validity, you should renew it today and avoid the stress of waiting to renew the last-minute.  Here's the information on renewal: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/apply-renew-passport.html

Since 2013 I have brought 250 artists and art lovers from America to Cuba (including 100 painters and non painting spouses in February of 2016) and the memories they've brought back will stay with them forever. I have worked exclusively with Cuba Explorer - the Travel Service Provider that brings thousands of Americans to Cuba each year.

Here are some comments from people who were on the March 2018 Cuba tour:
“A group of strangers bound by their desire to explore Cuba fell in sync with each other and bonded in a pleasant way. We spent all our time together, even our off time and developed a friendship that I will treasure. Phil has a genuine desire to please everyone and is a wonderful travel companion. His ease and graciousness was so appreciated. I hope I get to travel with Philip again in the future.” Carol B... Stuart, FL

Dear Phil,  I also am still in a lingering good feeling about our Trip.  It was far more fun than I expected, mostly thanks to you! I suppose having such a small group really helped us to bond and to accomplish so much.  The places we visited were awesome. And the people warm and friendly.  You should Have played your banjo more for us. You saved the best till the end!    All the best, Mom Lois M. Florida Cuba March 2018

Some images of the Riviera Hotel in Havana.
Great Throwback Hotel: As soon as you walk in the entrance, you realize this is not a modern hotel but one that harkens back to the Ratpack and Gangsters. It was built by Meyer Lansky, right hand man of Al Capone and  has recently been upgraded and is clean and well kept. Excellent ocean views and located along the Malecon sea wall. It has a swimming pool supplied by local sea water and a small gym.
This is my own video tour of the Riviera taken 3 years ago.
No need to spend a night at a hotel in Miami before taking a charter flight to Havana - we are now able to take commercial flights directly to Havana from several US airports. United, Delta, Jet Blue, Southwest, American, Alaska Airlines, Aeromexico all fly into Havana. Non-stop flights are available from Charlotte, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Tampa and of course JFK in NYC. I will help coordinate flights for you and will work with you every step of the way.

This page will take you to the short (very short) videos I've taken in Cuba over the years.

Jose Fuster is considered the Picasso of the Caribbea. His Fusterlandia is always a part of a Cuba itinerary. I took this video in March of 2018.
