Many great reviews including this one:
"The Perroquet riad is stunning, with its terraces commanding dramatic views of the Medina. The staff - Omar, Mustafa and Mohammed - were very welcoming and accommodating, with our every need catered to. We dined there most nights as the food was delicious and the atmosphere a welcome retreat from the more frenetic pace of the Medina. We were thrilled to discover that we could enjoy wine with our meal having mistakenly assumed this to be a dry riad. The breakfast was a veritable feast, with pastries, fresh orange juice, fruit salads, and eggs served every morning. We enjoyed a glorious couple's hammam and massage in the spa."

and this one

A party of 7 girls stayed in this riad for 4 night during March. As it was our first time in marrakech we wanted to stay in an authentic Riad and this is definitely exceeded our expectations. The family suite and double rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had arranged transfers with the hotel from the airport as well as our first meal on arrival and everything was delicious including the complimentary breakfast we received each morning.

Here's what I wrote in February 2021 after just returning from Marrakech

Look who was taking lunch in Marrakech !

Marrakech is also known as the 'pearl of the south' or the 'red city', due to the prevalence of this color among its houses. Without a doubt, Marrakech is Morocco's most exciting and probably most beautiful city.

In 1985, the medina, the old town – with its famous Djemaa el Fna square – and the Agdal and Menara Gardens were added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage sites.
Marrakech is a city of tremendous contrasts. It is busy and bustling in the medina between all the souks, idyllically tranquil in the Jardin Majorelle and the view from the top of the Atlas mountains is simply majestic. The city is around 50 kilometres away from the mountains, and a good 150 kilometres from the Atlantic.

If you think that there are camels and horse drawn carts working in the airport in Marrakech thing again.
Totally modern totally cool!

Although Marrakech is lively, it can also be romantic. The city is oriental and packed with history, yet also flaunts its modern side. The tales of Arabian Nights come to life in every corner of the city. And in the evening, there is no better place to enjoy the unique atmosphere than on the Djemaa el Fna square. Jugglers and acrobats put on their artistic shows, snake charmers flaunt their skills among all the noise, while all around, the air is filled with the delicious aroma of meat, fish, couscous and all sorts of different spices.
It comes as no surprise that the city is becoming a top destination, and that several stars have even made it their home. And quite rightly so, because Marrakech leaves visitors with the feeling that they need to return one day.

Flying from the US to Marrakech means taking a connecting flight through either Paris, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Zurich, Frankfort or London. Perhaps some other options as well.
