1WorldArtTravel develops and organizes international painting workshops in collaboration with selected instructors. Workshop planning may involve substantial research, advance negotiations, hotel and venue arrangements, local contacts, transportation planning, itinerary development, and other organizational services.

When 1WorldArtTravel organizes a workshop, these arrangements are made for the benefit of that 1WorldArtTravel workshop and its participants. An instructor who subsequently chooses to organize an independently operated workshop, either personally or through another individual or organization, may not represent that workshop as a 1WorldArtTravel workshop or use 1WorldArtTravel's customer credits, business arrangements, or organizational resources without the prior written agreement of 1WorldArtTravel.

Customer credits issued by 1WorldArtTravel are valid only toward workshops organized and operated by 1WorldArtTravel and may not be transferred.

If an instructor decides to independently organize a workshop that was previously being developed by 1WorldArtTravel, any arrangements, contacts, research, itineraries, or other planning undertaken by 1WorldArtTravel remain the property and business resources of 1WorldArtTravel and may not be used for the independently organized workshop without written permission.
